Site visits: Every inspection is logged with evidence and photographs. You see who visited and when.
Payment certificates: Certified only for work actually done — checked against the contract, the programme and the bill of quantity, all controlled in the portal.
Variations: Variations reach you for approval with the price on record.
Delays: Delays are recorded and attributed in the portal, and what the contract lets you recover is carried onto the next certificate.
Bank, MBRHE and Dubai Municipality: Your bank or MBRHE receives the certificate letter they need; the Dubai Municipality reports go in on time.

per sq.ft of built-up area, invoiced monthly over the contract period.
